Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you submitted to us.

Oh yes! New with tag. They are made to look weathered and worn. Each hat features a vintage, distressed style.
Please note, because of the distressed wash, colors may not appear exactly as they do in the pictures.
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, any changes to the order cannot be made and it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Because of the universal fit of our hats and accessories, we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges BUT if there is a flaw or malfunction in your item, we PROMISE to take care of you.

As soon as an order is placed on our website, our team packages and ships the item(s) to avoid delays in the shipping process.
However, you may email us at hi@shedidco.com and if the order hasn't yet shipped, we can try to revise it.
If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately and provide photos of the damaged item for replacement. We will make it right.
